The workshop is divided in four modules:
Module 1: Strengths and strengths assessments
Strengths research is the backbone of Positive Psychology, because strengths lead directly to success.
Module 2: Positivity
Happiness is universal and crucial and increases creativity, curiosity, interest in the world, health, relationships and optimism.
Module 3: Goal setting and Growth Mindset
Human beings are future-oriented, that is why goal setting comes very natural. But sometimes goals are frightening or emotional dead-ends.
Module 4: Building a Positive Workplace and how to turn 'good work' into 'great work'
No previous experience necessary!!! Gain valuable crisis intervention skills and enhance your interpersonal communication skills. Meet a variety of new people.
