• Agnes Hautea Nano •
As an Executive Coach that uses the Solution Focused approach, Agnes aims to help people realize their goals by making them aware of their skills, inner strengths, and other resources that they have forgotten. Her coaching sessions focus on reminding the clients of the times when they were able to manage and make them feel even just a little bit better about themselves. They may then start listening to themselves with kindness and compassion and leave the session feeling hopeful. Her fulfillment comes from witnessing these positive changes in her clients and seeing them realize more opportunities and possibilities as well as broadening their perspectives and options.
Agnes is an experienced coach, trainer, and talk facilitator in issues involving work-life balance, conflict resolutions, work performance and resiliency, self-esteem enhancement, effective communication, and self-care management. She also conducts talks on maternity coaching, women’s empowerment, domestic abuse, suicide prevention awareness, stress management, change management, relationship coaching, and other topics that touch on work-life and transition issues.
Agnes earned her Graduate Diploma in Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) in Singapore under the tutelage of Debbie Hogan, MS, CSFT of the Academy of Solution Focused Training. Currently, she earned her credentials as a Certified Master Coach (CMC)with the Solutions Focused Academy based in Germany under the mentorship of Kirsten Dierolf, MCC. She has been working as an Associate Trainer of the Academy of Solution Focused Training (Singapore), where she conducts basic and intermediate level SFBT training since 2010 in Manila. She is also a member of the Employees Assistance Program Association (EAPA) and has served as the General Manager of the Nutrition Center of the Philippines for 11 years. She is a Certified Solution Focused Practitioner (CSFP) and Approved Clinical Supervisor by the Canadian Council for Professional Certification (CCPC).
She came out of her semi-retirement 10 years ago to become the Coordinator for the free phone counseling service Crisis Line, where she now volunteers as the Clinical Supervisor. She acquired coaching training and earned her Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the Singapore-based International Coach Federation (ICF) as well as Master’s Solution Focused Practitioner (MSFP) certification from the International Alliance of Solution Focused Teaching Institutes (IAISTI). Agnes now works as a consultant at InTouch Community Services based in Makati, Philippines, where she engages with families, couples, and old and young adults who need to sort out their work-related and personal issues. Her decades of corporate experience allows her to have a better understanding and empathy for people dealing with these issues.
Agnes does all these things to pay the kindness forward.
