In Touch Community Services, Inc. New Executive Director

MAKATI CITY—Leading mental health service provider In Touch Community Services, Inc. is pleased to announce the appointment of Mike Calleja as its new Executive Director effective October 1. He is replacing Billie Adelman who is retiring after four years of service to the non-profit organization.

Mike brings to In Touch nearly 29 years of experience in the banking industry in the fields of Treasury and HR Management. “In Touch has been operating in the Philippines for more than 40 years. We are confident that Mike’s leadership, experience, and impressive decision-making skills will build our capacity to navigate the next four decades at the least,” said In Touch President and Chairman Ryan Maclang.

Calleja said, “I appreciate the confidence that the In Touch Board of Trustees has placed in me. Mental health is a highly relevant topic right now, more so having witnessed how triggers can be amplified while living life in a pandemic. I see many opportunities for our volunteer-driven organization to reach out to more people, particularly those who are at high risk or unaware that free 24/7 assistance, such as calling the In Touch Crisis Line numbers, is readily available.”
