In Touch Resumes Face-to-Face Counseling Services

​Leading mental health service provider In Touch Community Services Inc. (ITCSI) has resumed offering face-to-face (F2F) consultations for fully vaccinated clients. This is in addition to the online counseling sessions that In Touch has been offering its clients in response to pandemic-driven constraints.

ITCSI executive director Mike Calleja said, “We have always been and will continue to be of service to our clients and the community. We have modified our operations and improved our safety protocols to meet our clients’ needs while ensuring their safety, as well as that of our counselors and staff members, in a Covid-19 alert level 1 environment.

“We highly encourage our clients to continue availing of our telephone or web/online video conferencing counseling services as their best convenient option,” Calleja added. “We also encourage anyone with mental or emotional well-being concerns to call our 24/7 free and anonymous Crisis Line. This helpline was created since In Touch was
established more than 40 years ago in the Philippines.”

Aside from counseling services, In Touch also conducts employee wellness programs, and a wide range of community, advocacy, and volunteer programs designed to build mental health awareness and capacity.
