Parts 1 & 2 of the Level 1 Solution Focused
​Certification Program this last quarter of 2019.  

In the Level 1 program, you’ll learn how to:

Part 1:  Focuses on building the Solution Focus mindset and the SFBT competencies needed to conduct a complete first session                    and how to adapt to quick coaching situations.
 
Part 2:  Learn how to conduct follow up sessions, as well as refine skills in Developing Goals and other SFBT micro-skills.

To become an IASTI Level 1 Certified SF Practitioner, here are the minimum requirements:

1. 42 hours of direct, formal contact solution-focused training (part 1 & part 2 workshops)                                                         plus 8-hour supervision and practical exam
2. completion of 100 hours of personal and professional practice training activities*​

*Personal professional hours of training activities are activities that the trainee can accomplish in part during their normal working hours such as active practice, coaching, self-study.
