First, who receives training?
At In touch, we see training is for those that will themselves be rendering a service. From Crisis Line Telephone Counseling Training, to Cross-Cultural Communication, the aim of training is to impact the community through the education of the few and sending them out.
Our training niche is in cross-cultural seminars. Most of our training has a cross-cultural element and has been designed to take culture into account. They address cross-cultural issues for expatriates and Filipinos who are assigned to work abroad or intend to live abroad permanently.

Assertiveness Training for Filipinos
Working In a Multi-cultural Environment
Pre-departure Cross-cultural Orientation for Filipinos
At In Touch, we view workshops as targeting the individual directly. For example, we recognize the difficulties people experience when coming to a new country and adjusting to an entirely new life, each day appearing different and confusing. Our cultural orientation workshops have helped many adapt to their new circumstances and are widely recommended within the expatriate and 'Balikbayan' communities. 'Balikbayan' is the term given to ethnic Filipinos who have lived overseas.
